The usual questions
I bought the guide but I haven't received it yet.
Check your spam folder first. The download link arrives from our store automatically. If it's not there after 30 minutes, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it personally.
Can I get a refund on the PDF?
Because digital downloads can't be returned, all sales are final. That said, if something went wrong with your purchase or the file won't open, please email us and we'll always make it right.
Do you take requests for new guides?
Yes, gladly. Mornings, transitions, sensory tools for school, low-demand parenting starter packs. If you've wished a resource existed, tell us. We can't make everything, but we read every request.
Can I share the guide with another family or my clinic?
The PDF is licensed for personal use within your household. If you're a clinic, school, or therapist who'd like to use it with the families you support, please email us about wholesale or multi-seat licensing. We offer kind rates.
Is this site run by an autistic person?
Our work is grounded in autistic-led perspectives and the published guidance of autistic adult advocates. The founder's own neurotype is shared on the About page when relevant. Either way, every guide here is written to be affirming, not corrective.
Can you give me advice about my specific child?
We can't. Not because we don't want to, but because every child deserves someone who actually knows them. For individual guidance, please reach out to a pediatric occupational therapist, your child's pediatrician, or another clinician familiar with your family.
What does printable mean for the PDF?
All the worksheets are designed at US Letter size and print cleanly on a standard home printer in black and white or color. You can also fill them in on screen using any PDF reader if you prefer to skip the paper.
What age range is the bedtime guide for?
It's most useful for autistic kids ages 3 to 11, though many of the principles translate up to early teens. The Sensory Bedtime Menu and the parent observation tools are adaptable across ages.
